Surrounded by high towers I found a field full of white boxes – THE ARTBOX BANGKOK – It’s open every Weekend (friday to sunday) until November. There you can discover local designers and enjoy the atmosphere accompanied by great thai food. It’s situated at the MRT Station : Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

While you are walking through the market you will see handcrafted products from young thai designers, always smiling and appreciating your interest in their work. But only design would be a bit boring (or maybe not), but anyway combined with modern and traditionell thai food, fancy drinks and live music you can hang out here for hours. All the rows between the boxes are decorated with lights, which makes it really cosy in this warm and slightly windy evening in the heart of Bangkok. Don’t miss it if you are in town !
